"But all of those were made before I was even born." Pete frowned playfully, making a show of rubbing at his noninjured ear, gingerly. The threat was interesting, though he probably wouldn't have minded so much considering it had been more than fifteen years since he'd watched one. Television itself hadn't been much of an entertainment device back home.
"I don't think that's going to keep me very entertained. I'd at least want the Discovery channel. It would have specials that would help me learn how to be a better bear. I have no idea how to catch salmon with my teeth. Besides, the wilderness might get boring after a while and I'm spoiled by American television and its five hundred channels." That was a half bluff. Of all the channels they actually got at the school, Pete watched only three or four regularly.
