"If it's something you consider, then it's important. Though I really don't think you have anything to worry about." Pete replied, finding the cap to his bottle near where he'd left his fork. He didn't really need those lying around to fall on the floor and get stepped on later. That had happened more times than he was comfortable with. "I think I'd run out of shirts very quickly if I did that each and every time I wanted to scare someone off. Do I get paid, or is someone going to provide the shirts for me?" That idea made him laugh, the grin staying a bit.
"I will gladly eat your cookies. In fact, I've been craving them since the day we met, and now my only worry is that you're going to turn me into an addict." He promised with a grin as he disappeared again to get himself another drink, returning a moment later with a fresh, chilled bottle. "I think you should be careful how much you feed me or I'll become dependent. They'll never be able to release me into my natural habitat."
