She scooted to the edge of the couch so she could sprawl on it and put her feet in Adam's lap all at the same time. This was going to take a while and be full of awesome!
"Kettle meet Pot!" she chirped at Adam and then laughed and shook her head. She loved Bubbeh, she wanted one, did they sell them at Jewish gift stores or something? "Well he doesn't think of me as a young woman, really, he thinks of me like a little sister more than anything, when he doesn't think he's my mother anyway. Always fussing at me to get out more, meet a nice boy, eat something, you know typical stuff."
"Oh, I'll bet it's very nice too. I'd love to read your blog, ma'am. I'll bet it's very interesting." and there wasn't a single bit of sarcasm in her voice. She meant it. "Oh, I don't really like twitter, it seems so impersonal and grammatically incorrect and it just makes people even more self-involved, at least blogging can be cathartic, right?"
