Wren's lips pressed together after hearing that his relationship with Betsy was 'probably' salvageable, but he was 'kind of lazy' to do anything about it. It really wasn't her place to say anything regarding their relationship, but she was friends with both of them. "Maybe you should invite her over for a romantic, candlelit dinner for two?" That alone probably wouldn't have a lasting effect, but it would allow for them to be left alone long enough to have a meaningful conversation - without having to deal with the prying eyes (and ears) of restaurant patrons and the paparazzi hounding after them.
"It's okay. Really," she insisted, offering up a small smile of reassurance. Wren had been broken up about it (the break-up) initially, but she liked to think she was able to moved passed it. "I still care about Freddie," a lot, "but I think we're better off being just friends." She was just grateful neither one of them had made the break-up an ugly affair and that each of them were more than willing to work together to raise their daughter, cooperatively. After all, Prue was the most important thing in both of their lives.
"No, I certainly don't want it to be." A pity party, that was. Wren just wanted to have an enjoyable day with one of her nearest and dearest friends. "Wow, that one mirror still has the original glass in it," Noir had pointed out, as they passed the row of old, hanging wall ornaments. "Very 'fun house', don't you agree?" Wren smirked.
