Thank goodness; she really hated those "There once was a girl/man from Nantucket..." jokes - or were they poems? She supposed it didn't matter either way, because she'd heard a couple variations before and she had been left thoroughly unimpressed.
"Good," she said satisfied, just before Mars began telling his joke. She leaned in a little further, trying to make sense of it. At first, she thought it was just as bad (if not worse) than any of those Nantucket jokes (poems?) she had heard a while back. But after a few moments of dissecting the joke in her mind, she found the humor in it.
"Oh God," Matrix said as she leaned back in her chair, laughing some. "That's awful." But despite the sick humor in it, she found herself amused, anyway. "Where'd you learn this one?" Troy came to mind instantly, but he wasn't the only one that possessed a twisted sense of humor around there.
