Erik Lensherr? Now where she had heard that name before? She might've heard his name around the mansion since she came to stay there, but she couldn't be sure. However, she wasn't in much of a mood to try to unravel the mystery. At least, not yet.
"My name is Wren Zhang, but you may call me Wren." Everyone else did. She didn't have any cutesy nicknames like some people did, because her name was a bit of a nickname in itself. Wren was also a type of species of bird, which she was always reminded of by those who were avid fans of avian creatures, like her mother had been. Even though she had never partook in her mother's hobby/love for birds, she had always been rather fond of her own name, if only for its uniqueness.
"It's a pleasure to meet you, Mr. Lensherr."
Instead of heading back to the table she had been seated at previously, she decided to take her place by the window again and leaned back against the sill. Absentmindedly, she began toying with her ring again; it was becoming a nervous habit of hers. When she had been rescued and brought back to the school, Wren had thought about removing it from her hand, but she just couldn't bring herself to do it. Not yet. It was just too soon, and since pretty much everything in her life had changed (or was changing), she figured one thing had to remain the same - even if keeping the ring on her finger kept Lucas alive for her.
