Sam rolled his eyes, a sheepish grin spread across his lips, at Shan's worthy "gotcha!". Sam arched his brow as he looked over all the children. He surmised that they genuinely had trust in Galen, which was strange for someone who spent such little time with them, but he shook the thoughts from his head as Shan commented on his child-rearing techniques, "Maybe takin' care of mah brothers n' sisters, huh? These kids are purdy good themselves tho'." Guthrie had been looking at the television, but he ripped took his eyes away from the screen and glanced at Shan directly. "Ah did. But Ah can 'old off fer a bit." His stomach grumbled. Maybe it couldn't, but it was almost time for his next meal.
Sam overheard the question the Brotherhooder asked and canted his head towards him, "Oh..." Sam was trying to sound interested, but his smile had already faded. "Yer brother? I ain't seen'im all day." He shrugged. Demon is not someone who Sam wanted to see on a daily basis. The affectionately-titled plantman was being asked to stay and he nodded his head. "Seems like the vote is in, Galen." It was stay or go. Either way, the children were up and about and the movie was already in full swing. He leaned to over towards Shan, mumbling as the plantman clearly made his choice to sit down. "The library woulda been more quiet, Ah reckon." The children began to settle down in their positions on the couch once more.
