Sam was good with kids, Galen noticed. They were lucky. Seeing the kids here in this place, he knew that this place was good. The Brotherhood might be out there fighting for mutant rights, but Xavier kept kids safe while they did it. It seemed that both sides had things he could believe in. Before coming here he had just seen the X-Men as naive mutants at best and dangerous enemies at worse.
He smiled and shrugged, not having anything to say about the Monsieur issue. He felt a bit uneasy being in the middle of this camaraderie between Sam and Shan. He was an outsider here. Her invitation to join in yet another movie made him even more uncomfortable. He shouldn't have stopped to watch that one with the kids. This wasn't his place. Despite how nice it was to be around so many happy and healthy kids, he said. "I really shouldn't. I... I just came here to try and find out what was going on with my brother." Watching movies with kids was NOT a brotherhood activity anyways no matter how much he enjoyed it.
