The kids were rallying around various picks while they argued about their next movie, so Sam took this opportunity to stretch his legs and find some grub, the television moved to a black screen and then the credits. He sighed and chuckled softly, "Aww kids, ev'ryone vote fer tha next movie then. No arguin'." If Sam didn't know better, he acted like a surrogate father to these kids. Sam frowned, glancing towards Galen before he turned on his heels to make his way out. Apparently, someone had occupied the space in front of him, blocking him from his conquest of the refrigerator.
Hah! His favorite librarian. "'Ey Shan." Her small smile was met with a full-fledged grin. Sam rocked his weight onto one foot, his arms curled over his chest. "Aren't ya supposed ta be barricaded up in'tha library?" He winked at Shan, before she started to converse with Monsieur Tomas. Sam stifled his laughter and turned towards Galen, furrowing his brow. "Yer a monsieur now. Oui oui. She must like ya." His french consisted of oui nonetheless, so he didn't continue his foray into the French language. Whether or not Shan liked Galen, he mentioned it to alleviate the situation. After all, he was also looking over the children under the guise of watching a movie. Trust was something to be earned, something the Brotherhood clearly lacked. Still, manners were manners and Sam clearly displayed them.
