Mystique tensed and then replied. "No, I do not." She didn't like to admit she had no clue what Magneto was up to but perhaps in this case it would be best. Then she added. "Though I hardly see how that would be very comforting to the group at large to know." That even the supposed second in command had no clue what Eric was up to. She had always hidden this before and simply acted as if she was in the know. It made things work smoother.
She paused at the door and nodded. "That is good to hear. I can only hope my talk with your brother will be as civilized as this one has been." Eric had left her once before, all alone. If he decided to leave again, she was going to do her best to keep as much of this group he built up as possible.
