Sometimes he wondered if maybe there was just a fuzzy spot in his memory. There were many, caused by the brain damage from the accident, but Scott found that he could usually remember enough of what life had been like before the crash that he'd never thought he was missing anything. But for the life of him, he couldn't remember Alex being the sort of toddler who'd dug around in dirt and played with rocks.
Ah well, more than likely it was something that had developed over time, but he still wondered sometimes where that particular interest had come from. If he hadn't been at Xavier's and circumstances different, Scott rather thought he would have ended up in the Air Force.
He glanced back over at Alex, coming out of his thoughts. "I want to spend time with my brother, you make it sound like a crime." Scott grinned a bit. "You think you could keep up?" Going for a run with Scott generally meant that Scott went as a wolf and the human partner was left int he dust. Of course, his brother wasn't most humans.
