That was one reason Shiro had never wanted to get into the business of realties and whatnot. They looked nice and looked like they paid big, sure, but they were very seasonal and he was just not the man for that. He preferred the more...regular type of jobs. That ones that relatively have a constant inflow and outflow of cash and products to sell or phase out. Those were definitely easier jobs (if one didn't consider the macroeconomy concerned).
