"I haven't." She bent and looked at the glass of what was supposed to be water that was resting on the floor. She didn't want to touch it, but she'd never seen anything like that come from a faucet before. She very nearly accused him of lying about it, but further inspection informed her that there wasn't really anything outside that would make water look like this.
Just as curiosity almost got the best of her and she nearly touched the water in the glass, Betsy came back to herself and pulled her hand away quickly.
"That's really disgusting." She was glad now that she hadn't been able to get in here for a shower. It wasn't likely that the water would be like this everywhere in the house, but she really didn't want to risk it.
"Erik and Brian are both gone. I don't know where." Betsy stood up again and retook her spot against the door.
