"You heard the woman." Jean nodded her head sideways at her fellow debilitated friend. Jean was lucky that she'd had an attentive fiance to help get her on the road to recovery as soon as she'd woken up. She felt Jubilee's pain, and wished only for her friend's pain to disappear. "Water. Or orange juice. Spike it with some ibuprofen."
The bacon and eggs were much more appealing this morning than yoghurt and granola for breakfast. She shrugged at Monet, a little amazed at the younger woman's ability to bounce back so quickly from such a night. Ah to be young again.
"Mum and Dad said they'd be here around four. I'll have a shower after breakfast, I should be able to get it out then, or else I'll chop it out and morph it right again before my mother notices the bald patch."
