Jean sighed, and touched the dimonte encrusted monstrosity gingerly with painted fingernails. "Believe me, I've tried." She said. "Scott tried too, but he stopped when he pulled out a clump of hair."
Under normal occasions she'd just morph the tangles of her hair away, but with her stomach as tender as it was this morning she didn't have the guts to morph even the littlest bit just yet. It explained why her skin was still fair and milky instead of dark blue and mysterious. It took no energy for her to maintain a morph anymore, only to change it, and since she'd gone to sleep while looking like any normal woman who'd just been out on the town with her girlfriends, that was what she woke up looking like as well.
"I have to get it out before my parents get here." It did spell out a potentially incriminating phrase she much preferred her mother didn't ever see. As far as she was concerned, Jean was still a virgin, and there was every possibility that despite the fact she was getting married in four days that she would remain virginal and pure for quite a while longer.
