Shiro sort of met the notebook with a little shock, pushing it a bit on mid-air with his right and then catching it only when he'd slapped it onto his leg.
"That seems highly logical, then," he said as he took up his pen and began to draw his response, needing to flip the page for space. "I'm generally composed and quiet when I'm not drunk, am I not? Of course a few shots of alcohol should open an inner rage." Shiro poked Jubilee with the back of his pen, "The same thing happens to you, y'know?" capping his pen after a few more strokes, he leaned forward and politely handed the notebook to her.
With one hand free, Shiro produced another set of similar fireworks on his palm, putting in a shade of neon green still along with really bright yellow for the white and the yellow flowers and a dash of amber and vivid orange. "Sure, just tell me when you plan to get married and I'll be there on the dot," leaning towards her again (and making sure his mini-firework display wouldn't catch her hair), he showed her his palm, "What do you think?" being gifted with long arms is great.
