She quirked a brow as energy built up around him, knowing that this was going to hurt. The blast blew her backwards, Jeanne-Marie tumbling across the ground. She shook her head, trying to clear her eyes of the dust that had lifted. "Cheater," she smirked, climbing to her feet.
Jeanne-Marie rushed Havok, rearing back and throwing a hard punch toward his chest, feeling her muscles responding quickly. A faint, pulsing aura surrounded her frame, brought on by Jeanne-Marie's mood more than anything she was controlling. She was having fun, and letting a part of herself go that was usually so far hidden, so broken off from her normal behavior that her personality had split. It was something she'd been working on, getting those parts of her personality to meld. Maybe this was a part of it.
And besides, it was nice to be sparring with someone who evenly matched her abilities. And Havok seemed to be having a good time with it too.
