"As for the apologies, like I said, do what your heart tells you. You have one in there, believe it or not." She hoped he believed it. He'd have to if he wanted to change things.
She couldn't put words into his head. The apologies were supposed to be sincere - from him. And she had already accepted the one offered to her. All she could do now was encourage him to try to figure things out and hopefully do the right thing.
