The place reeked of death, but Matrix had a way of blocking little things such as unpleasant odors out. She did this by focusing her attention elsewhere, and for the moment, her attention was on the map she held out in front of herself.
They'd only been in the building for a little while, but it seemed to be secure - where they were, at least. And Matrix was feeling extremely grateful for that. After all, the less interference they encountered, the quicker they could get their job done; and the sooner they'd be able to get back to the mansion with their findings - assuming there was any to be found.
Though, Eva had an inkling that there was a little something lurking in the computer mainframe. There just had to be.
The sound of the glass breaking caused her chin to lift and she frowned slightly. They might not have been in any immediate danger there, but with him making that noise... anything could've heard it. However, she kept this thought to herself. No sense starting an argument when they were trying to get work done.
"Left," she replied, indicating the direction with her own maglite.
