Zap's lips curled into a knowing (and semi-morbid) smirk when Wren mentioned the 'people' at the mall. It quickly fell again and the other woman agreed about Pete. She nodded though, and worked up an enthusiastic smile, as there was apparently going to be a conversation. Good, she supposed. "He's shy at first. I used to make him show me." She chuckled lightly.
"Everything's gorgeous, though. If you haven't told him you're an art enthusiast yet, then don't. It might make him freeze up." Everyone feared their work was worse by comparison, and a museum-baby was prime suspect for having pieces in mind to compare yours to. "I haven't seen him paint anything lately. He's been doing more tinkering than anything." But Wren might've been seeing more of him than she had, "Said something about the door in the chapel."
