Sniff, sniff. Either someone had broken out some candy canes, or there was tea being had. Zap was heading from the elevator near the kitchen to the study, but the wafting smell of mint caused her to check and see who was partaking. It was most likely Storm, she knew, and interactions with the Weather Witch were always worthwhile. When she passed through the kitchen door, however, Zap's face fell a little, and she attempted to be quiet while she contemplated leaving without speaking. It was Wren.
It wasn't that she didn't like the girl, it was just that the petite brunette didn't seem very upbeat or thankful. And she seemed a bit wishy-washy, which made Zap nervous - in any situation. Now, the girl was having some of Storm's tea. Despite the fact that the woman's name wasn't on it, it was sort of an unwritten deal. Zap watched the floor for a moment in minor annoyance before moving further into the room and snagging a cold diet Coke from the fridge. "Hey," she said, not un-warmly. "Couldn't let you enjoy the quiet for too long." She smirked a bit and popped the tab on her can loudly, then took a sip. "Good read?"
