She hadn't bothered to bid farewell either. Wanda knew if she spoke another word to her father that nothing pleasant would come of it. If you couldn't say anything nice, it was better not to say anything, after all.
Despite the fiery redness of her hair, Wanda undoubtedly possessed the cooler head between the two of them. Or at the very least, she had more control over the more temperamental side of her personality; but she felt it flare at the threat their father had doled out.
"I know," she spoke softly, while her arms wrapped around her brother, pulling him into a loving embrace. "I know."
While it was true that Magneto didn't treat them like the other members of the brood, Wanda wished he would let the ice melt. Try as he might to show affection, Magneto was stuck frigidity in his formality. He didn't hug or kiss either of them; it almost appeared like he was afraid of them.
He regret it eventually; Wanda was sure of it.
"He'll come to learn of his mistakes, my darling."
The hard way, perhaps?
