Frozen breakfast burritos and watery coffee - those were the two items her breakfast menu had consisted of that morning. In fact, that was what it consisted of most mornings, and sometimes she'd forgo breakfast all together - depending how busy she was. And since the afternoon was already half gone, Eva knew it would probably be a good idea to silence the hunger pangs that had suddenly crept up on her.
"I think we could chance going topside," Eva said with a ghost of a smile. She had heard rumblings of what had had between Zalika and Piotr, but that was to be expected in a school environment. Secrets rarely ever stayed that way, because, apparently, the walls had eyes and ears - more like nosy students sticking it where it didn't belong, in her honest opinion. However, Ms. Garza didn't thrive on that sort of thing and she very rarely ever got caught up in other people's personal problems. It just wouldn't be very professional.
"I'm a bit tired of the frozen T.V. dinners," Matrix admitted, as she stood up from the crouching position she had had herself in for the last hour or so. It felt good to be able to stretch out her limbs and arch her back, once she had.
