Storm looked mildly, mildly amused as Thorn spoke of the issues with the various forms for flora. It wasn't out of the ordinary to her to feel in tune with nature, and she was mature enough to recognize that he wasn't, in fact, crazy, but that his emotions and words on the situation were merely an extension of his mutation. Even with all that considered, Ororo smiled slightly at his concern. It was endearing.
She was happy enough about the update, though, and felt Thorn was a great contribution to the circle of life on the estate. "We're going to have a steady rain after sundown." The weight and color and distance and height of the clouds were all indications of the type of precipitation that would fall. Ororo felt these things in her bones, however. It was all deep down.
She had turned back to her task briefly, but glanced over her shoulder to speak again.
"And Galen? I'm not sure if you're uncomfortable with informalities, or if you're following orders, but if you'd like to, you can call me Storm or Ororo." She felt like she was in class when he called her 'Miss Munroe', and it was rather odd, honestly, coming from someone who served under Magneto.
