As soon as Sway saw Creed bound towards the stage she screamed in excitement. "Sugoi!" She gasped, like she was watching a magic show. When she heard the crunch of the person in the front row, she bounced up and down in her chair laughing. And when Sabretooth made it to the stage Sway stood up, eyes wide. It was like watching a mad artist paint a picture. Blood sprayed in beautiful lines, feathers fell in the perfect places, the symphony of screams added to the atmosphere. As more and more people rose, short little Sway had to jump up and down to get a decent view.
When she heard the first roar from Creed she knew it was terrorizing time. Big silly mutants wanted to gang up on her Creed like bullies. She slid the knife from her pocket. "No killing, no killing, no killing..."
It started in the back row. A spray of blood and a man suddenly screaming. His arm was quartered but there was no sign of an attacker. Then a woman in the complete opposite direction cried out as she reached up to touch her head. She'd been scalped.
In Sway's frozen world, she watched people's expressions frozen in panic and agony. She picked out the ones that looked like they would cause the biggest scene. She needed to draw those stupid mutants away from Creed so he could get away. The next victim lost his nose and had slashes across his face.
The only indication that time was being altered from the outside was that the new cameras and electrical equipment kept glitching to catch back up.
Sway was close to the stage now. "Eeny meeny meeny mainy..." She didn't really know how the song went, but she used her own version to picked out a mutant at random. The one in the suit, blasting perpetually. She didn't like him at all.
To keep some of her energy, she slowed time down this time, running for Vulcan as everyone else moved in slow motion. Except one. Pietro was running at normal human speed in her world. Sway watched him with wide eyes and screamed. That wasn't allowed. She picked up the nearest thing, a folding chair and hurled it at him as hard she could, then she continued her trail to Vulcan. When time returned, the small Japanese girl was right behind the taller man, aiming to slash him across the back to make him stop.
