X-23/Multiple Man/OPEN
It was true. Laura didn't necessarily trust Jamie yet as the X-Men's new leader. She had originally opted to tell her father about the dream she had, but quite frankly, she had avoided the hell out of him for the past week or so. It had nothing to do with what she saw in her sleeping state, but rather what she found out about while awake.
Still, she had to put all personal feelings aside, or at least try to during this meeting. Usually, she'd prefer to be training with Logan rather than sitting and being briefed in the war room, but this happened to be the better alternative at the moment. When Jamie began to talk about his dream, Laura recalled that she had seen him in her dream as well though he hadn't died. She didn't like the way he prompted them to share because it certainly made her feel like a child. She would've rather had him directly asking what everyone saw.
Laura remained quiet for a moment, sitting back in her seat and crossing her arms as she listened to Storm speak. The woman's words were a bit unsettling to the young feral as she stared blankly at the wall across from her before she spoke up. "I saw you in my dream," she replied before turning to look at Jamie. "You weren't dead. At least, not yet."
