He was growing tired again and slowly drifting off to dreamland but she clearly was not. Her body seemed to stiffen under his arm when he mentioned what he had remembered. The metal man, a machine. Yes. He too opened his eyes then and shifted until he was sitting up fully. He drew a knee up and rubbed the heel of his palm against his left eye a moment before glancing down at her.
There was concern there, in his gaze, and his eyebrows furrowed as he thought, tried to remember the details.
"There was a chamber, and you were standing by a computer with a man," who looked mean as hell. "And I led you to something important, this... this metal man, this giant thing. That's all I remember."
He grew quiet, and then...
"Did we really just share a dream? You think a telepath is fucking with us?"
