Josh knew Jamie very well having been one of the older residents of Haven and member of X-Men so he knew how to distinguish a dupe from the original. Usually he wasn't able to tell by sight but by touch. There were subtle variations in a dupe, their biorhythms were a little too perfect and felt a little off. But just sitting here, he knew that this was the real Jamie.
Covering his mouth his his hand, Josh did his best to smother his smile. He really did like Jamie, always had. They may not have associated much but whenever Jamie came into the infirmary, no matter how much pain he was in, the kid always managed to make a wisecrack. Josh appreciated that having been on the front line of a few nasty fights. But to see Jamie Madrox as the leader of the X-Men? Now this should be interesting.
"I have a question," he spoke up. "Are the beer bongs going to be mandatory? I'm kidding. You'll be fine. I think. I hope. Although I do have a concern. Will all of your dupes have the same agenda for the team that you have? I mean, how will you control them? If one of your dupes gives a contradictory order than something you've already given, how will we know which one to follow? What if you give a weird order, how will we know it's you and not your dupe being stupid?"
