Sam's face brightened up when she guessed what was in his cup. "Ya hit the nail on the head," he said before raising his cup. "Nothing fancy fer me, Ah don't need it and probably wouldn't like it much either."
He took a sip and looked off thoughtfully before turning back to her. "Ya know, you'd think a place called Uncommon Grounds would be used to them oddball orders," he lightly teased with a wink. He didn't think hot chocolate was too oddball, given the time of the year, but it was a coffee shop, he supposed.
Setting his coffee down, Sam smoothed his hands on the table. "Ah don't suppose ya have any plans fer today?"
