While often the girls up at Camelot didn't give a fuck about the music they danced to, Boom Boom was a whole other story. If there was one thing she refused to succumb to in life it was living without good music. It was unfortunate that she didn't have the funds to purchase new tracks but what she had she enjoyed the hell out of. Her ipod was her life, perhaps one of the only few valuable items she owned and kept from her life before being on her own. Thank god she had an ipod and a crappy little laptop from her life before. She couldn't pick up shit for internet usually but she had a library just shy of fifteen-hundred songs and that was enough for her. It was her ipod that she used to do her dancing, refusing to allow the establishment choice as they usually picked over-played shit that was hardly inspiring.
It was one of her favorite playlists that played over the speakers of her small lap-top set up on the kitchen counter. The Black Keys- I've got mine played loudly while Boom Boom took to cooking. There was something freeing about not having to pay as many bills all of a sudden and it had inspired the small blonde to purchase enough food for a pretty good dinner. On her one day off she had spent the majority of the day shopping and then putting together a few dishes. Sweet Potatoe Casserole, Greenbean Casserole, biscuits and while she would have loved doing an actual Turkey she settled for a pre-done rotisserie chicken. While the casseroles were being baked she worked on her most prized piece: banana pudding with vanilla wafers.
Boom Boom was slowly mixing together the ingredients while dancing to the song, keeping a similar rhythm when When The Lights Go Out came on. It would be fairly obvious to anyone walking in that the girl had slutty dance moves down pretty well with the way she moved.
