James just raised an eyebrow at Laura, there, but after a moment he answered her. While holding the phone away from his ear, Logan's reaction clearly audible to both of them. "Don't know the name, so no." Could either be a good or bad thing, depending on how she looked at it. Of course, if it had been one of those who were put down James wouldn't have stopped to get a name, but that didn't need to be shared just at the moment.
"She seems alright. Heals like you, so she's not bleeding. Alert, not a trauma case." Meaning basically she wasn't curled in a ball non-responsive or having hysterics. The next words were said in a more serious tone, almost cautioning. He didn't want to spring this on Logan, wanted the man to have some time to get used to it before they got to Haven. "She's got metal, like you. Like I said, she's ok." That calm was back in his voice there, but not the detachment. Trying to convey to the other man that he was indeed telling the truth. "Pulled her out of an ex-govt lab. Isn't much left of it now, but I can give you the location later if you want, and we can go back." There was a bit of emphasis on the 'we', there, and from the look he was giving Laura it was meant for her as well as the man on the phone. No going off on your own to do stupid shit.
