Who: Lucien What: Lucien makes a discovery When: Monday morning (backdated after this) Where: His apartment Warnings: None
Lucien was still having problems with his powers but currently he was human unable to change into a bear. His senses were all still acute so he knew he still had his abilities, he just couldn't use them. Which was fine by him. He could use a well deserved break from turning into a bear at random times. He was on his way home from work, the night still pitch black, the street lights winking and odd noises coming from some of the apartments. Could be sex, could be feeding, could be someone snoring, it could be anything in Mutant Town.
Lucien grinned to himself and jogged up the few flights of stairs to his apartment. Glancing over at Sofia's door as he usually did nowadays, he felt his blood run cold. The door was ajar and when he got closer, he realized it had been kicked in. Fia's tidy little apartment was now trashed and strewn with bodies and blood. Lucien kept his head and didn't panic instead made a careful inspection of the gruesome remains. None were Fia. But what the hell happened here?? Fia's bedroom door was open and upon looking inside, there was no photography equipment. No trays, no chemicals, no equipment that a dark room should have. Had she taken it all or had she lied to him?
Something unpleasant was nagging at the back of Lucien's mind especially when he noticed that her small dresser was also empty. His cell phone was in his hand and open before he even realized it. He tried calling but she wouldn't answer so he tried texting instead. Fia, where r u? Ur apt. is empty. There r bodies evrywhre! R u ok??? Call me ASAP.
Since that was all he could do, Lucien secured Fia's door as best he could and walked over to his place, worry and that nagging thought that not all was right here twisting his stomach into knots. Someone else was going to have to call the cops because there was no way in hell he was going to get wrapped up in that mess and there was no way in hell he was going to pin this on Fia.
