Harrison opened his mouth to say something to the girl, the one he smelled coming from quite a ways away, but Nate got to replying first. He snapped his mouth shut and slowly lifted a hand to touch on his nose, which was morphing into a wet, dark, dog nose. The closer she stood the stronger that scent became and it wasn't bad but it was different enough that he figured it had to do with her power.
He couldn't help but smile when Nate mixed up his nickname with his real name and was quite unable to stop his grin from spreading as the guy went on and on before finally taking off. He scratched at the back of his head and turned his gaze to the girl and then quickly to her sandwich. His stomach grumbled.
Was it lunch time already? Ah, but he had to finish his clothes before they got soggy and needing a good cleaning again.
"Harrison is my real name," he informed her finally. "Rascal is the nickname, you know or.. mutt.. some people think mutt is funnier. I don't know, don't really mind either way."
At this point, despite needing to finish hanging his laundry he made an effort to focus on her. He held a hand out, even. "I don't think we've met yet, you're new?"
