The greeting had sort of died on his lips and not because suddenly his mouth was changing into something that couldn't sport the human speech, but because.. well... there was an ass and, well. His mouth was hanging open in a very crude sort of way but snapped shut as soon as he turned back around. Rascal mentally scolded himself for even making such an expression.
After all, this guy, naked as he was, could be new and maybe he had powers that... took away his sense of decency and logic? Rascal didn't know who he was because he hadn't been around when he made his first appearance. He had been at Silver Skies trying to purchase new shoes after he accidentally ripped apart his last pair of sneakers with an uncontrolled foot morph. He had heard whispers about someone new, a telepath, but it didn't quite register with Rascal that this guy was it.
"Uh," he began, rather slowly. He lifted a paw and let his human fingers scratch at the back of his head a moment before he lowered his paw to his hip.
"Did you... forget.. your shirt?" he didn't know what else to ask.
