Re: Team 2: Rictor, Rogue & Black Dog
Still looking around, she didn't feel the need to really turn towards Black Dog as she spoke quietly. "Caught that did you?" She really was trying, but it seemed like some of those voices in her head were deeming themselves a little louder lately and even though she was trying not to freak out so much, it was getting harder and harder as she kept thinking of her past imprisonment. But hearing Rictor over his communicator, Rogue cringed a little bit. The thought of anything like this being home, she knew she wouldn't have survived. Rogue was thankful she was able to get out when she did. If she hadn't, she was really afraid of where she would be right now.
"You had one hell of a home then sug. We should swap stories." Sure, she was being a little sarcastic, but this really did make her a little more then nervous. Something didn't feel right, not that any of this did. But something about this direction suddenly spiked her nerves. Rogue didn't know where they were heading anymore then anyone else, but it only added to stress level. Quietly, she tried to take a deep enough of a breath through her nose and exhaled very slowly out of her mouth, trying to be quiet about it. "Feel free to bust away at any time then," she joked.
