"Uh huh." A slight shake of his head as they moved into the already compromised building. It sure as hell didn't look inhabited, though the reports coming in from Lorna confirmed the assessment that the power was on and some of the security systems were active. All in all, it seemed a bit off but...well, it was worth the risk. If they could perhaps get someone out, it was more than worth the risk.
When he heard Logan's claws come out, he responded by pulling his gun. Yes, he had powers capable of leveling the building, but a pistol was a lot less likely to bring the place down on their head. He'd lead the way deeper in, clearing corners carefully and not really talking much. Not unless there was need. Of course, the 'not right' had him a bit more on edge than he was willing to admit, adrenaline already spiking as they made their way through the hallways. Yes, splitting up had been necessary, but he was starting to think this was like a horror movie. Bad, bad idea.
