comrade snarky, obviously. (ilac) wrote in x_2012,
Watching with muted amusement, she kept an arm wrapped around herself while the other sort of rested atop, bringing the cigarette - or the fag, really, whichever the dupes preferred - close to her mouth a moment before pulling away. "Terrible," she mumbled with a smile, stepping just a little closer in the hopes he'd hear her while still being out of earshot of the twins. Or triplets. What were they? Not that it much mattered. Wisdom, whoever he was, was charming enough and easy on the eyes. She didn't need a distraction or a clever way to pull herself out of his presence just yet. "You should feel bad," teasing, of course. "Fooling such sweet, naive children like that." If anything else, her gentle scolding was a sign of approval.
As he leaned closer she stayed put, having already taken a step or so in his direction. Seeming over-eager wouldn't quite do at all! Thoughtfully placing her lips around the filtered end of the generously-provided distraction, she shrugged some. "Underground celebrity? Something of a contradiction there, don't you think?" Her smile remained playful and easy, a gentle nudge given to his arm or his side or whatever he had closest to her. "Maybe, though. Internet's a wonderful thing." Not that she was lazy, or suffered from any kind of stage fright, Lila just couldn't imagine trying to make any kind of name for herself without some kind of presence online.
Eyeing him once more in the same sort of greedy way he had indulged in not a few minutes before, the dark haired girl quirked a quick grin, obviously liking what she saw as well. "And what is it that you do, Mister Wisdom?"
