Placing her hands in her coat pockets, she pulled the coat a little tighter around her as a breeze blew through. She wasn't about to hold a grudge since she had been able to get him back, and if he wasn't going to be an ass about it, she wasn't going to be either. Rogue was just not quite as selective with her memory.
Laughing a little bit, she shook her head. She hadn't seen everything either, but had taken notice of some of the eccentric costumes, uncertain as to how some of them were able to handle that. She wasn't really one for socializing in large groups. There wasn't much protection with people who didn't understand that they couldn't even accidentally bump up against you if they knew what was good for them.
But as he practically called her out on not being one for the party, she just shrugged. "Not much for large groups myself. I was kind of dragged here by a friend. She knows Laura pretty well and I just got hired on where they work." And as thankful as she was for that little job, she only hoped she didn't screw it up and have to run again.
