Rogue had eaten very little, but that was more so for her own sanity. It's not that it didn't taste great, but she was still to suspicious and she really didn't care for crowds. Far too much could easily go wrong. It wasn't as if she was going to publicize 'do not touch me', so she headed outside. She still wanted to sneak off but chose to just catch some air. Walking outside, she quickly put her coat back on and looked up at the night sky before walking outside. She loved the night. Always had. There was always something serene about it. Even the air just seemed that much more crisp and clear.
She hadn't really paid too much attention to where she was walking, just getting a good grasp for the grounds. If it wasn't for Lotte she wouldn't be in this mess. Not that she could blame the girl for wanting to come. This just wasn't the type of thing she was used to doing anymore. She had been running for so long, it seemed foreign to her to bother. But Lotte was her friend, and girls didn't go places alone or something like that. That and she got her a job so at least she wasn't in that Brotherhood place at all times of the day and night. So being here wasn't too bad. She just didn't like the feeling. The cameras and the gates. Not that she cared for that base either. Too many bad memories that she had to deal with and she really didn't feel up to it. Maybe she was paranoid, but that had kept her alive and well this long, hadn't it?
So wondering around a bit aimlessly worked for her. What were they going to do? Hog tie her and drag her back to the party? That would be a bit over the top. Was all of Mutant Town invited or something? How was it there were so many folks here? Finding a nice spot, she was tempted to sit on the ground, if it weren't for her current state of dress and the fact that it was pretty cold outside. So she just kind of looked around, wondering what to do. Maybe she should just fly back? Lotte didn't need her if she was working tonight.
