Kurt was not unused to drawing eyes, He had done it all his life, after all. He moved with an almost inhuman grace and the addition of fur and glowing eyes only caused eyes to linger on him more. So long as he was performing, he did not mind. Actually, he generally did not mind so long as those watching did not erupt into screams of terror. He was sure that his little exercise session had drawn a few watchers from those peering out the Haven's windows, but he paid it no mind. His brows did jump a bit when he heard a shout which seemed to be sent in his direction.
Glowing eyes grew a bit brighter, his mouth forming a small, enthusiastic 'o' when he watched the man before him change his entire arm into a sword. Now that was amazing. Kurt took a moment to study the man, they were rather similar in many ways, he thought. Oddly colored hair and eyes lacking pupils, and it seemed they both had a love of swords, even if the love seemed more physically ingrained in this new arrival than it was in Kurt himself. The German quickly broke into a bright smile, showing his short fangs as he drew his feet together and, with a flourish, brought his sword vertically before his face in a gesture of respect and acceptance of the challenge.
He stabbed one blade into the ground, hardly thinking it fair to use two blades against one, but gave pause before he closing in on the pink haired mutant. "That is not only an illusion? I will not cause harm to you?" That was important to Kurt, his blade was quite real and sharp, and the last thing he wanted was to slice off the arm of someone who was only trying to show off or be friendly. Kurt would never willingly harm someone and had enough control to not cause any real damage during a sparring mach, unless the blade of his partners was far inferior to his own.
