As far as Logan was concerned, everyone deserved to be treated like a man, unless they proved themselves unworthy of such treatment by their actions. Of course he found Kurt's coloring and oddly shaped appendages curious, but what good would it do anyone for him to gape or remark on them like a fool? It wasn't like there was any way in hell Kurt had somehow not noticed these things about himself. Bringing attention to them could only result in him feeling self-conscious about them, feel ashamed or less than human because he was different, or perhaps worse, it might prompt him to babble about them. Logan was sure that baseline humans had probably encouraged the first two options enough, and he surely didn't want to bring about the third, so he shut his mouth about it and treated Kurt like he would anyone else.
Something about Kurt's long, rambling apology regarding his previous rambling struck Logan as pretty damn hilarious. He snorted and snickered softly, his mouth twisting into a fangy grin of his own. "It's all right, Kurt Wagner. I jus' came by for a workout, and you were probably not expecting any company either, so I'll get outta yer hair if ye want. Don't mind me. I'm just gonna use the free weights over there. Y'carry on, now."
