Who: Wild Child, OTA What: Checking who left and who remains When: Saturday morning Where: Haven dorms Warnings: Oddness for now, may go up The Haven had changed, and few felt it quite so much as Kyle Gibney. The energy had changed, the scents had changed, it was more than simply empty rooms to the blonde feral. The result was Kyle roaming the halls, sniffing at closed doors and inviting himself in to investigate any rooms where doors were so much as cracked. He looked less like a jungle boy today than he usually did, true he was still in a worn beater and ripped jeans with bare feet, but his hair was clean and somewhat combed. He moved about mostly on two legs, but now and again he found he simply had to get on all fours in order to get a good sniff. He was trying to adjust his behavior to match those at the Haven, walking on four legs was never discouraged of him before, but here it felt... odd. He had yet to even consider changing his habits of sniffing people, crouching instead of sitting or maintaining any semblance of personal space, but baby steps... baby steps.
His first exploration had been the girls dorms, and he had marked the distinct scent of the pretty girl who had brought him to the Haven. That was sad, he liked Shard, and he'd even gotten to see her almost completely naked! Gibs had something of a large crush on her, would he ever see her again? he did not really understand what all had happened with the split, he had shown up and almost immediately everyone had left. He still wondered if he had somehow offended half the Haven and that was why, even if he had not yet met half the people who left. The scent of the green haired girl who threw silverware at him was still there, that helped to content him.
His investigation of the girls dorm done, he moved on to the boys, sniffing and searching his way along. He made mental notes of new scents and fading ones, which meant the person had left. He came to one room in particular which held a familiar, fading scent as well as a bit of black fur. The realization that the big wolf man had left pulled a small, sad sound from Gibney, his lean form slouching against the door frame as his head dropped. The wolfman had been pack, so far as Kyle was concerned. Why had he left? That was not right. Blue eyes closed as he thought over the departure of two important people in his life. He slid his body down the door frame and into a comfortable crouch as he tried to decide what to make of this. This thing was a very bad thing, he thought to himself. He hoped they would come back soon, or maybe Wisdom would have some idea how to bring them back? That brought a bit of hope to him, sharp teeth worrying over his lower lip as he thought over it all.
