Logan responded to the bite with a growl of pain. He may be able to heal so fast that the flesh knitting itself back up looked like magic, but that didn't mean he didn't feel every last bit of pain thrown his way. He tried to elbow and knee the wolf at the same time, an automatic reaction to the pain and the sensation of flesh being torn from bone. His training clicked to the fore again, and he was about to go for the eyes when Nik's powerful jaw let go of him. He held his arm close to his chest for a moment, all the exposed nerve endings burning like he'd somehow dipped his arm in napalm.
He was so angry now, that he used a move he would have never attempted against another trained combatant. It was showy, but not very effective against someone who knew what they were doing, since it left too much of himself exposed while doing it. But Logan figured he was angry enough, and the wolf had jumped away but was still within reach for this, so he twisted his body with surprising agility for someone weighted down by adamantium and launched himself into a flying kick, hoping for the satisfying impact and the pained whine that should follow if he didn't miss the target.
