Outside
There was a bit of a mess outside the courthouse, and that was entirely Shard's fault. Of course, it was intentional. Very, very much intentional. The counter protesters she had organized were clashing with the original protesters, and the level of agitation outside was rapidly rising. It was more than enough to draw out the few cops who had been in the city hall, to try and keep order out front. Not to mention attract the attention of the majority of people within.
Shard had rolled up a few minutes later, the Chevelle rumbling rather loudly as she parked it along a curb. Directly in front of what looked to be some sort of custom van with tinted windows. Strange, but not enough to get on her radar. Of course, what was enough to get on her radar was the people who just blew a hole in the back wall she was currently facing. The original plan was to break through a window, run in and find the guy and get back out...but something else was going down. So instead, Shard just got out of the car and moved to lean against the passenger side, watching the building. And every now and then shooting a glance at the fan she was parked in front of. Hopefully it wasn't an undercover surveillance vehicle or something, because that would just suck.
Unlike the team already inside, she wasn't wearing anything special. Just jeans and a tanktop, along with a backpack which was currently sitting on the curb next to her foot. It held an assortment of things that might be useful when breaking and entering, but no gun. She didn't want to kill anyone, so the handgun was in the car still.
