Karr was half glaring at the both of them, his jaw still set and eyes narrowed. He still did not get what all was going on, but he was aggravated all the same. He was very used to instant results. Everything he did resulted in something happening, so this taking days and days? It was almost inconceivable. He studied James a moment as he spoke before he focused on Logan, nostrils flaring as he studied the man.
"D' you really care, either way?" He demanded suddenly, the doubt in his voice clear as anything. It sure did not seem that way to Karr, he knew strings could be pulled. Logan was in, he should get in, he was a strong enough fighter. The youth simply did not see the problem, did not even begin to see it. He turned his gaze to look stubbornly at James again as he added, very bluntly, "I'm not quittin'." He would not quit, if only to prove to Logan that he was wrong to even begin to doubt him, if nothing more. Where stubbornness was concerned, that apple had surely not fallen far from the tree.
