"You already knew I could see the future someetimes." Ruth's life at the Haven was half spent keeping her abilities to herself, but the Professor knew about that already. Both he and Erik were aware of her precognitions. So far, she'd done what she could to use those precognitions for the good of all. Yet she still kept some things to herself as much as possible. Except when manipulating others as necessary. Good thing she hadn't had to do that often.
"Now ah'm seeing the past as well. Don' seem to be a time limit on it." At least she hadn't found any time limit yet. Ruth knew that she wasn't controlling when she saw things or how far back she reached. It was possible she could see all the way back to when humans first started, but she certainly didn't want to work out that theory. "Mostly dealin' with folks ah'm close to, physically." It was weird. Most of the things she felt were about people she had been close enough to touch very recently, at least when the vision happened.
