Karr was wobbly under the effects of the darts. His healing factor was simply not strong enough to wipe all the toxin from his body, though it was doing its damnedest. Growling through clenched teeth, he had taken the opportunity Logan had provided to fling himself at the nearest sentinel. One big hand was cupping his still-bleeding cheek. He was swallowing down mouthfuls of his own blood, but the wound was at least healing itself, the hole no longer gaping.
He was at least not gnawing on the body, but he was swearing between growls and kicking the lifeless body as hard as he was able to, simply trying to vent his rage and pain. That bullet to the mouth fucking hurt! Karr was not nearly as feral as his father, but there was no denying that pain brought out the instinct to hurt back in full force. He was huffing for air when the fact that his father was there finally registered. He was vaguely aware that he should have noticed earlier, but his focus had been on punishing the bastards who had ripped his face open.
His clothing was ruined, drenched in his own blood, his hair sticky with liquid and his teeth, exposed clearly beneath peeled back, sneering lips, were crimson. It really was a shame that pretty much all of it was his own, it would have been so much more impressive if it had come from someone else. He snorted, squinted at Logan as he tried to decide what the man was doing there, then turned his head to spit blood and a few chunks of flesh away.
"Ya took mah kill," he announced, voice drawling, his accent more obvious than before. "'S bad form, yanno." He only half meant it, he at least had brains enough to recognize that he had needed the help. Did not mean he had to like the fact that he'd needed help. "Fuckin' mess this is," he murmured as he looked at the three bodies and pools of blood around him. He lifted both hands, thick with blood, and attempted to shake the worst of the gore from them. He did break into another, twisted little grin. "I got 'at first one good, though." Oh yes, the runt was very hungry for blood.
