'Muggle' is your word for 'not a mage', I'm assuming? You're right, the ones here don't seem at all phased by our existence which is a pleasant change, if one that takes a little getting used to. And compared to Thedas, at least, what they've learned of anatomy and physick is nothing short of amazing, though maybe Britain is more advanced again? Still, I can't fault you for preferring magic.
