I think it might be as impossible to stop thinking about the past as it is to change it.
There's much that I wish I'd done differently [...] but, at the same time, there's plenty of opportunities that I was afforded and people that I helped because I left. I don't regret that. I think there's always been a part of me that's known my place in all of this was never with the Council. Regardless of how I felt at the time, or what was done, I do think that my choice was the right one.
