"People say I've got a big heart all the time so, you know," he gestured, trailing off for a moment, bashfully. "Evens out." He couldn't help but feel a little bit overexposed. Maybe he was after Miller's heart. Wanting that kind of thing made you vulnerable. His head ducked slightly, shy, as he reached for his can of soda.
"They're good. I think it's passed. I should cook for him more," Ray said, the thought just occurring to him. Of course he should. Not that he thought he needed to do everything for his friends that he did for the man he was seeing, but Egon would probably like a good meal. They all would.
"What I should do is do some meal prep and stock up the firehouse," he mused, stroke of genius that was, perhaps, spurred by slight panic over getting too emotional with Miller too fast.
